We want to bring to your attention the disgusting and impudent work of the hotel guide Hamad of the Island View Resort Hotel, We, tourists from Ukraine, Masko Vadim and Murzina Tatiana, no. voucher 2278692, rested in this hotel from September 27 to October 4, 2015. We wanted to take an excursion to Israel and Jordan from a hotel guide, the price seemed too high to us and we took this excursion from another company with a price difference of $ 140 per person. But this is all nonsense. Guide Hamada, having learned about this, approached us at the reception desk 15 minutes before our departure and spent a full time with us, as it turned out to be a false / educational / conversation. In particular, he told us that the Anex tour company, before going on this excursion, checks every tourist for passing the Israeli border, so they won’t let us into Israel, it seems that we are on some kind of black list and it’s better for us not to leave Sharm at all . I think that such methods of working with tourists are categorically unacceptable. In the end, we still went on a tour. Everything went at a good level, but the residue from the brazen deception of the hotel guide Hamad remained.
