Hotel guide Irina - the shame of Aneks!

It's just darkness! They wrote a complaint, they did not receive a response to it, apparently the employees, having received it, simply threw it away! As provided form only an hour before departure from the hotel.

The gist of the complaint was:

Time and place of rest: 27.09-04.10.2018 Hotel Crystal Green Resort 5*, Turkey

On 10/01/2018, they blatantly lied about the weather in order not to return the money for the excursion to Dalyan, it rained all day.

On 10/03/2018, the place of departure of the bus and the signs on it were misinformed, as a result of which I had to get to the port on my own for 20 euros. Representatives of Anex did not make a single call, there was no representative of Anex at all during the collection, they continued to misinform our calls so that we continued to wait in another place for an hour! (This is with a 2-year-old child and a pregnant woman), they said that they called a taxi, but they didn’t call anything until we ourselves called and got where we needed to go.

They did not give the complaint form for 4 days! They gave me an hour before departure, they lied and played for time, because know that such issues are resolved on the spot.

There is only one conclusion - we will never fly with Anex and we warn you!
