I'll start from the beginning:
- At the Boryspil Airport, no one met us before the flight, did not coordinate us.
- Arrival in Sharm El Sheikh at 8.00, transfer to the hotel at 13.30, taking into account the prices for everything at the airport, for example: coffee 3$. We had a family with a child who was tired from the flight and wanted to eat.
- The guides of the anex tour were purely frostbitten and threw everything into the cycling race, although the Tez tour brought its tourists along the same road without slowing down.
-In the hotel, when I began to express my claims to my guide from the anex tour, he answered me: - I don’t have time, what do you want ?! Nada look at the reviews on the Internet and then go ....!
After that, I realized that we got there and we had to put up with it, but the anex tour for me as a tour operator died forever ....
