We rested in Egypt, Hurghada, through Anex Tour, 30. 04. to 14. 05. 2017. I had to take a tour through Anex, since he has a monopoly on the hotel in Ukraine that interests me. They have their own airline, AzurAir. They have registered for themselves in the agreement with the annex the right to postpone the departure time within a day as it suits them without penalties. All our charter airlines select the cheapest flight times for airport service. They postpone the time if they find an even cheaper time "window". But I always had these transfers within + - 4 hours (I flew through other tour operators). This time I contacted the anekstur. Departure from Kyiv was postponed 12 hours later, moreover, when it was already too late to refuse their services and, for example, buy tickets on your own. Then another 40 minutes late. Departure from Hurghada was postponed another 2 hours earlier, it was already inconvenient. After the transfer, I had to leave the hotel at 4:25. In total, the Anekstura airline, "optimizing" its costs, stole from me more than 16 hours of my paid vacation at the hotel. Before the departure for vacation, when it turned out that the departure was postponed for 12 hours, the director of my travel agency wrote a letter to the managers of Aneks asking them to explain such a postponement and look for a more acceptable departure option. The managers did not deign to answer even a formal reply.
