Terrible tour operator! Inhuman treatment of tourists!

We bought through Anex a tour to Turkey in June 2017 according to Fortune 5 stars UltraAll inclusive in Belek. We hoped that the hotel in the elite region and the UltraAll food system could not be bad, they took a chance .... We were sent to the cheapest and worst hotel in Belek Thron Seagate Belek, the hotel does not correspond to the declared category absolutely! It's 3 stars, but not 5! What their Ultra All concept is, they couldn’t even explain to us at the hotels - imported alcohol, a safe, juices - paid and low-quality, the food is very monotonous, the hotel is small, old, the rooms are shabby, there is no territory. On the second day of rest, our child caught a severe food infection in this hotel, an ambulance took us at night and we were hospitalized for a day in a Belek clinic. We were scared and exhausted, we considered returning to this hotel life-threatening!

We applied with an official request-application to Anex Tour through the central office, our tour operator wrote a request for relocation to another hotel, called the hotline many times, talked with the guide, he, for his part, also filed an application for our relocation. Result 0! They don't care about the problems and complaints of their tourists! Without a surcharge, they didn't even want to lift a finger, a stupid answer - there are no places in other hotels! We basically refused to pay extra for the resettlement, and so we suffered significant financial and moral damage through their fault!

But Anex tour refused to meet us in order to brighten up our vacation a little and improve our impression of their company.

We will not organize our vacation through this office anymore! One completely spoiled one was enough!

And yes - as already written here, rescheduling flights for them is in the order of things, we also postponed the return flight to 6 in the morning, we were picked up from the hotel at 2-45 at night, as a result, you lose 1 paid day - the number of days and nights does not match announced on the tour!

Also, all the tourists who traveled with us were very outraged that on the way to the airport they brought us to some kind of market, handed out cards for purchases at a discount, we lost half an hour of time there !!! And it's at 3 am! Who wants to get off the bus and buy souvenirs at such a time on the way to the airport!!! It would be better if they let sleepy people sleep an extra half an hour in a hotel!

Anex, be more humane!!! It is not only necessary to row money, but also to value the attitude of your tourists and your reputation!
