Terrible tour operator

Hello, I want to write a review not the most positive. Last year I was vacationing in Turkey with an annex tour and everything was just wonderful, but this year it's something I just have no words. . . Guides just horrific do not solve issues in general, you have to do everything yourself. We left the airport after 50 minutes, because we were waiting for people who never showed up, we waited 50 minutes for them just in a terrible bus, a small one not comfortable, the air conditioner does not work, the seats without armrests, since they also do not work, we drove and cooked on this bus for 2 hours until everyone was transported. And so we arrived at the hotel, the guide promised to help us with registration, but at the entrance to the hotel he evaporated back into the bus, what do you think was my shock? We were settled in a shitty room, and I asked the guide to help us change it, but in the two days that they tried and didn’t change, I decided to take matters into my own hands and go and throw away my number myself, and then voila, a room for 2 the minutes were just gorgeous) We were not given shower gel and shampoo at the hotel, I asked the guide to solve this, but as usual I didn’t do anything, again I had to do everything myself. There was another situation in the room, the hair dryer stopped working, I again turned to the guide, one day, two days passed, but alas, nothing changed, I had to go to the reception again so that they would do everything for us and voila, everything worked for 30 minutes) Yes, and we had another rest in Side, and everyone knows that there is a bazaar in Manavgat and the guides promised to take us there, we went, we took the money, we were in a good mood and went shopping and we come, and there it’s just tin, it’s not a bazaar, but like a shopping center in which a bunch of Chinese sherpotrep and for the incredibly expensive cost of a T-shirt 98 bucks, I have not seen such impudence, I was very indignant, wasted my time and mood. And lastly, the annex tour has its own azuiar airlines, we were supposed to fly at 17.25, and we just had a hard change of airlines and another departure time for 4 in the morning, what do you think, and what a shock I was, why did no one could explain to us. We were provided with Turkish airlines and so the flight attendants do not speak Russian at all and the captain too, everything was in Turkish and if something happened and they wanted to explain to us, we would not understand each other. Here I rested with anex tour, I will never rest again, they are dead for me.
