Terrible!

1. The cost of the tour does not correspond to reality. On the site, at the manager, somewhere else the price is the same, but when buying it turns out that there are a number of incomprehensible surcharges. Especially the surcharge for choosing a flight (for comparison, the choice between departure at 18.00 and 19.15). And you can’t choose, that is, don’t pay, but fly away by anyone, you can’t.

2. Tour guide. It's separate. It is needed in hotels for only one purpose: to sell you excursions. Neither a request, nor a problem - he will not solve anything, but will stubbornly yell at your "no" and continue to "rub" about the bassaf or ATVs.

3. Check-out at 12.00. Lunch at 12.30. Our flight was evening, respectively, and the transfer. When renting the room, the bracelets were cut off, and, accordingly, we didn’t get dinner. The reception just shrugged their shoulders and ignored our presence. Everything would be fine, but given the evening flight and late arrival, the lack of lunch and dinner unexpectedly affected health and almost ended in failure (pressure drop). During the last visit to Egypt (with the services of another tour operator), this was not the case, and although the flight was also late. My idea to turn to the hotel guide for help disappeared immediately, because at the info-meeting and after personal communication, he VERY PERSISTENTLY tried to sell excursions, completely ignoring our questions and requests. Therefore, I strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND using the services of this tour operator!
