Fraud, rude behavior

From 05/28/2016 to 06/03/2016 with a young man were on vacation in Egypt, Sharm El Sheikh at the Royal Grand Sharm Hotel.

On the first day of rest, we purchased an excursion to Jerusalem from our tour operator (ANEX TOUR). Three times I asked a question about passing the border, to which the guide replied that there could be no problems. The tour cost $100 per person. Already after leaving at 20.00 on May 29, 2016, another guide on the bus said that the passage of the Israeli border may take a long time, and some may not be missed, in this case the tour operator promised to reimburse 80% of the cost of the tour. We arrived at the border of Israel on May 30, 2016 at 00.15. We were at the border until 11.30, until that time the Israeli migration service had not made a decision on 17 people, that is, there was no refusal and no permission to cross the border either. The tour leaders (Katya and Tonya, they did not give their last names), who met the group at the border, did nothing, were rude, did not answer questions, did not give the telephone numbers of the tour operator. The Israeli Migration Service reported that the tour operator had to provide lists of tourists in advance in order to speed up the verification procedure. At 11.30 it was decided to return us back, after which the accompanying guide began to demand $ 30 per person for crossing the border back, scandal, this amount was no longer required. The guide disappeared, and a group of 17 people went on their own to the Egyptian border. After a while we met our guide at the Egyptian border. Our passports were taken away and the reasons were not explained for 2 hours, while other groups crossed the border without hindrance. At about two o'clock in the afternoon, I turned to the passport manager with a request to explain why we were being detained and where our documents were. He asked me to tell where and from where we are going, why we are returning from Israel, and whether someone from the departation group had any. After talking for 10 minutes, the documents were returned and we were able to cross the border. We took a taxi to the hotel at our own expense. Even while we were at the Egyptian border, the guide demanded that we fill out questionnaires about the tour and write only good ones. We returned to the hotel at 17.00 on 05/30/2016, for almost a day we had only a dry breakfast given out at the check-out from the hotel, which included a cucumber, an orange, a sandwich, a couple of cookies and a 0.5 liter bottle of water. On the way, we only had one shop about 2 hours from our hotel. Upon returning after the scandal and police threats from the guides (Sabir, Said and Mukhamed), we were returned 80% of the cost of the tour, complaints were filed with the tour operator for reimbursement of the remainder of the amount, the cost of the return trip, as well as compensation for moral damage and the lost day of vacation. However, the guides threw the complaint away and did not hand it over to the management. Since we had photographs of these complaints, we sent them to ANEX TOUR through a Ukrainian representative. The ANEX TOUR company refused to refund, justifying its refusal with the company's rules.

I do not advise anyone to buy excursions from the annex, as 100% you will meet with deception, incompetence and negligent attitude. We were left to ourselves in a foreign country, without documents and without the slightest support from the tour operator!
