As a result, having despaired of somehow resolving the issue with the tour operator, we nevertheless called the embassy, where we were informed with a sigh that Anex tour is famous for its scam tourists and that they, of course, will try to resolve the issue with our settlement as soon as possible ... As a result of all these protracted negotiations, we came to an agreement that Anex tour will pay for our accommodation at Sunrise 5 * today and book rooms, but only from the next morning, since it was already 10 pm and the first day was killed, and we will spend the night on the second line. After I personally saw our names in the hotel database, we finally went to bed and the next morning, having received a morning portion of insults from Omar, we were finally settled with honors in the hotel we paid for, and me and my husband (as the most aggressive ;-)) and another couple who gave Omar baksheesh was settled in normal rooms, and most of the group was settled in rooms for servants without windows in the basement ... And in the evening we were again gathered by the representative of the Anex tour and demanded that we sign papers stating that we do not have no claims to the tour operator, and for this we (what an honor!) will be taken on an excursion ...
P.S. from a legal point of view, I want to say that I didn’t have the slightest opportunity to collect any evidence of such outright fraud that was more or less acceptable in court, they didn’t let me shoot the video, they refused to provide us with official documents from the hotel confirming the absence of a reservation for a group or a settlement on another date , since then the tour operator will refuse to cooperate with them, only witnesses and victims with unconfirmed testimonies remained ... it was possible to call the tourist police and spend a couple more days dismantling, and perhaps if we had not been settled the next day, I would have done so, but I really wanted to save the remnants of my honeymoon, and besides us, no one wanted to defend our rights, so we just abstracted ourselves from the tour operator and enjoyed the sea.
