From 7.06. on 06/17/2013, my husband and I were vacationing in Turkey at the Asdem Beach Labada hotel. Vouchers were purchased in advance, on February 21, 2013 through the tour operator Anex-Tour. The holiday was completely ruined.
2 days before departure, we were notified that the departure of the aircraft was changing from Lviv to Kyiv, without any explanation. We were 20 people were taken by minibus to Kyiv from Lvov all night. After arriving in Antalya, we again had a delay with the transfer to Kemer, because for some reason we were not on the lists.
Pick up at Asdem Beach Labada hotel was disgusting. First at the reception we were offered to pay $ 100 for a room with a sea view, we refused and said, give us our standard room with a view of the territory, which is paid in the ticket. Then for some reason they gave us a bungalow. When we turned to the senior manager (as he introduced himself) with a claim that we had a standard room on the ticket, and not a bungalow, we were categorically refused, they said that this was the standard room and that we would not get anything else. All this happened with the representative of Anex-Tour in Turkey. He did not even try to change the situation (his name was Rafet). This protracted conflict led me to a hypertensive crisis and an attack of cardiac arrhythmia. We helped ourselves (we are doctors), since the doctor from the hotel came an hour later without anything (no phonendoscope, no sphygmonometer, no first aid). Only after the incident we were given the number due to us. This is the price we paid for staying at this hotel.
We finished our vacation on 06/16/2013 - a day earlier, because the flight from Lviv to Kyiv was again transferred to us. The representative of Anex-Tour gathered us (4 people) and made us sign a document stating that we would not have any claims against Anex-Tour, otherwise upon arrival in Kyiv you would return home on your own (it’s about 700 km for us.) We returned home from Kyiv again by minibus (8 hours at t 30*). So instead of resting, we had only torment.
If you want to have a normal rest, without surprises, don't buy tours from Anex-Tour!!! Do not buy tours to the Asdem Beach Labada hotel - this will save your nerves and health, because this is not an isolated case, but a rule. We were convinced of this by talking with other vacationers in this hotel. We hope that the management of the hotel, as well as the management of Anex-Tour, will hear us.
