Terrible representative of the travel agency Mahmud - Sea Life Hotel!!!

I would like to express my deep disappointment with the quality of services provided by the ANEX TOUR operator, if you can even call it that, at the SEA LIFE RESORT hotel! the hotel will be somewhat more expensive, fully justified! But instead of getting quality for overpayment and loyalty on our part, we got a boorish attitude! So, we signed up for a safari tour and arrived at 4 A.M. and waited for an hour, but no one came for us! I'll start from the beginning: the day before (and not 2 days as promised!), the representative of the tour operator Mahmud sent me and my husband shopping in the city with such a "representative" who took us to shops where everything was exorbitantly expensive and reacted to the refusal to continue such purchases, to put it mildly, with a "sour mine", upon arrival he announced to us the cost of this pleasure at $ 20, despite the fact that before departure he could not name the amount at all - like "we will agree", despite the fact that a taxi from the street costs within $ 6 one way. This is half the trouble, returning in the first hour of the night, we, having slept for 3 hours, came to this ill-fated safari. As I already mentioned, no one came for us, and throughout the day we repeatedly tried to catch this Mahmud at the workplace, which happened only at 8 pm. He reacted to our complaint as if we had come to ask him for a loan! I was shocked! Not a single apology and not a drop of guilt, such as "I'm hearing this for the first time - but the money can't be returned, they say." This is how work is organized in general then - if he did not even know that the excursion did not take place !!?? i.e. without having collected all the tourists planned for the tour, the representative of the tour operator does not even wonder why this happened !!! I'm just amazed at how the work of this tour operator is built! Moreover, he was able to offer us to visit this tour at 4 am the next day. . . good people - is it that I'm going on vacation so that I can get up every day without a break because some Mahmoud frankly scores on his work? in the end, we decided to reschedule this marvelous excursion for 4 in the morning of another day. and what do you think, they came for us at 4 in the morning? where is it, the husband called this Mu 4 TIMES. . Mahmud from the reception, he fed us with promises that someone would pick us up there. In the end, some beads arrived for us at six o'clock in the morning. The total riding time on the ATV was about 1.5 hours and not 3 hours as promised. Plus, it costs $76! for two, an order of magnitude more than $ 45, which was paid by a couple of met friends who were vacationing in a nearby hotel! Until the end of the holiday, this marvelous talked through his teeth and sometimes turned his face up and did not say hello! Here's to you and the quality of service! We will never use the services of THIS tour operator again if such Mahmouds continue to work with them !!!
