There are no ticket offices at Sharm el-Sheikh airport, no wifi. At 20:30, we approached an adequate airport employee and, after lengthy persuasion, asked for help. Nasser, that was the name of the airport employee, was able to book three tickets for Skyup charter flight PQ7632 for my family and me. Payment only in cash, in the amount of 170 USD per ticket, total 510 USD. Of course, there are no supporting documents for payment.

At 5:00 we left this country by Skyup flight PQ7632.

I ask representatives of AZUR air, Anex Tour to conduct an internal investigation, request airport surveillance cameras and give a written explanation:

1. Why didn't my family and I leave on our own flight?

2. Why didn't my son and wife leave at least without me?

3. Why did we become hostages to an erroneous judgment by an airport employee about my condition?

4. Why did an employee of the Anex tour company not fulfill his duties and protect us, but only kicked us out of the airport?

5. Who and how will compensate me for the cost of tickets in the amount of 510 dollars + the cost of tickets in the amount of 900 UAH from Kyiv to Kharkov?

This is how a family with a child "rested" in Sharm! And even more simply killed the attitude of the representative of the tour operator Anex Tour at the airport Sharm El Sheikh!!!
