I booked and paid for the tour of this tour operator - Anex Tuor. The flight took place during quarantine. On behalf of the operator (Anex Tour), I was offered to reschedule the trip, but the obligatory condition was not to change the hotel, the number of days of stay and the persons planning the trip (tourists). And they asked not to demand a refund!!!! Ok, everyone is in the same boat... The tour has been postponed to September... And now the shit-tour operator - ,,Anex Tuor,, tells me that I can't go to the previously booked hotel (Sunrise royal Makadi) for some unknown reason! !! And also, they ask you to choose another hotel half the price, and if you don’t want to go to a cheap hotel, then pay extra !!!! Really?! This is their corporate policy to see such.... SCAMMERS!!!!!! I do not recommend to anyone!!!!
