Rogues and scammers. I bought a tour for 8/7, but in fact it turned out 7/6. The flight from Boryspil was delayed. On the return flight, we left the hotel at 01.30 and departed at 11.45. Plus, they loaded their luggage onto the plane. When purchasing the tour, no one warned that the hotel was profiled for locals, the rest turned out to be so-so. The main task of the bastards from this office is to sell you an excursion at exorbitant prices. No one even stutters about compensation for damage. I applied with an official request, they answered that it was not their fault and they "hope for further cooperation." On the phone, either a "star" who does not know anything and is not responsible for anything, or an Arab who "may not understand yours" answers. We travel a lot and there was no such disgrace with more than one tour operator. Think before entrusting your life and health in a foreign country to ANEXTOUR swindlers.
