Hotel guides HAMS AND LIERS!

The first time we flew with this tour operator to Sharm. Let's start with the airline and aircraft. We were met by a transfer, a great guy told us everything, a lot of interesting things and of course he told us for the hotel guide.

and here is the most interesting. It seems to me that the main gembel of all tour operators is their hotel guides. Who say “I am your roof, I am the only one who worries about you, who will help you in difficult times, and the only one who will not divorce you” and then he immediately offers his excursions while saying, buy only from us because our insurance is for street agencies does not spread, although it spreads!! Why lie?

1. We approached our hotel guide to fill out, as always, some documents of the questionnaire, he asked some friend of his, who we suspect does not work at all in this hotel, to help us. And he begins to tell us about excursions, we said that we had already ordered from street agencies. In an extremely unfriendly atmosphere, he begins to talk with us, and talk about insurance that does not apply to these excursions. He threw money in our noses and said call the hotline and I argue with you. What is this behavior?

2. We did take one tour from them. Bugging and just because the hotel guide (remember that it’s not ours) told us how we would beautifully meet the sunset, dine in the desert and chat with people who live from the desert. We were interested. We went paying 25 bucks. And what else did he say, “if you buy a tour from us, we will extend your number, since your departure is already at 21:20,” well, we think it’s great.

We're going on a tour. For 30 minutes we were just rolled through the desert, no dinners, no sunsets and no residents. The only residents were the constant stops we made to swindle tourists for babksies, buy cola for van dollar and stuff.

The tour was on the penultimate day and we approached the hotel guide with a question about extending the room, and he said “I didn’t sell you the tour, it’s not for me to answer”

In general, I can write for a long time, because there were also minor situations. And dear representatives of the Anex tour, if you have read to the end, you should know that I will NEVER EVER and FOR ANYTHING go with your tour operator. When you brought us and you yourself spoil our mood when we are on vacation, this is not excusable.
