Previously, we did not encounter Anex, the tour was purchased from a tour agent.
The flight was normal, but the meeting with the first representative of Anex at the Antalya airport was terrible, the girl was rude and was not happy with something, apparently the sun baked her head.
On the bus, we were the last ones brought to the hotel. If in front of us was a transfer, a guide with tourists received the key and fully accompanied them, then we were brought in and left at the reception desk without explanation.
We realized that we ended up in, apparently, the most terrible hotel Kemer Millennium Resert 5 *, which Anex lists as 5 stars (dirty, lack of air conditioning in common areas, irregular cleaning of rooms and replacement of towels, lack of hot water, muddy pool, staff ignoring guest requests). Apparently, the transfer guide, knowing that we ended up in the worst hotel, which does not correspond to the declared status, did not wait for our complaints and quickly disappeared - Vladlen (6117).
We arrived at the hotel at 14.00, but the meeting with the hotel guide took place only the next day at 11.00. Our first request was to move to another hotel. The hotel guide said that he knew that we would make such a request, since everyone who enters this hotel asks for it. Thus, the condition of the hotel is well known by Anex Tour, and yet they continue to cooperate with this hotel and offer it to the settlement as 5 stars. With the question of relocation, the hotel guide kept us busy for another 2 days, eventually saying that this was possible only with an additional payment of 400 USD. (to another hotel, but a 4 star hotel (but clean) which was cheaper at the time we booked the tour). Moving to the hotel could take place the next day - the fourth of our seven-day vacation. Then the agent moved on to excursions and began to sell them to us with pressure, but given the attitude of Anex Tour towards us -
we refused. The hotel guide Ruslan Mukhaev, after our refusal to purchase excursions from him, refused to cooperate with us in the future and even tell us what time we had a transfer to the airport home, etc. On the day of departure, this information was not provided, and therefore we had to repeatedly call the Anex Tour hotline to find out the time of the transfer.
On the way back, we were not offered to fill out a questionnaire with reviews and wishes about the work of the Anex tour, guide Nadezhda, bus 6172.
In general, we went from them for the first time and for the last. I do not advise anyone. I hope the review will be read by those who want to go through Anex somewhere.
