I chose a tour 6 days before departure, I waited for confirmation of the hotel reservation for THREE DAYS, they informed about the reservation on Tuesday evening, departure from Friday to Saturday (QUESTION IS IT IMPOSSIBLE TO BE SO FASTER). I paid immediately the next morning and on the same day, having learned about regular delays and the terrible state of the air carrier fleet with which the company works, I decided to abandon the tour, but as it turned out, this was no longer possible. AZUR AIR carries out air transportation, in this company there are only 3 boards for a bunch of flights, one of which is 27 YEARS old, the other two are 17-18 years old. The air carrier has official information on the website about problems with flights due to technical reasons as a result of breakdowns during the previous flight and the impossibility of making a trip, the frequency of cases is 3-4 per month, this is WHAT IS OFFICIAL, ANSWERS TO APPEALS AND CLAIMS OF PASSENGERS. The reasons for the breakdowns and the severity can be viewed on the AZUR website, for those who are interested, but it clearly states that it is impossible to make a flight with these breakdowns. Accordingly, we understand the severity of the breakdown and how miraculously the previous flight landed. THERE IS A NORMAL COMPANY IN THE MARKET, WHERE I ALWAYS HAVE USE, WHERE ANY PROBLEM IS SOLVED AT ANY TIME OF THE DAY, WHEREVER YOU ARE, WHERE THERE IS SUPPORT ON COMMUNICATION BY TELEPHONE AND Viber, WHERE THE ANSWER TO YOU COME WITHIN A MINUTE ACCOMPANIED DURING YOUR HOLIDAY, LEAD TO THE REGISTRATION DESK AND ACCOMPANIED TO THE CUSTOMS AND WISH YOU A HAPPY JOURNEY, IN THE VERY SENSE OF THE WORD, THEY GET ON THE PLANE. IT COSTS A LITTLE MORE EXPENSIVE, BUT YOU ARE SATISFIED WITH YOUR REST AND DO NOT SLEEP LIKE HOMEBONS ON THE AIRPORT BENCH. JUST NEXT TIME BUYING A TOUR, YOU NEED TO INTEREST IN WHAT TO DO IF. . . AND PLEASE SAY THAT YOU HAVE ALREADY PAID THE MONEY AND SEE WHERE YOU WILL BE SENT. . . AFTER MAKE A CHOICE AND THINK WHETHER IT IS WORTH TO USE THE SERVICES OF YOUR CHOSEN TOUR OPERATOR.
