06/30/2017 booked a tour in Anex tour in Marmaris, Turkey in the period from 09/10/17 to 09/19/17. The departure was supposed to be on 10.09 at 15:40. A month before the departure, the travel company contacted us and said that there would be no departure on September 10 and offered to replace it with a departure on 09/09/17 or 09/11/17. We chose 09/11/17, since the departure was offered at 6:00 and we could spend this day at sea, but when tickets were sent on 09/06/17, the departure time was already indicated at 10:45. The day before the departure, the travel agency reported that the departure would be at 19:30, although the Boryspil electronic scoreboard indicated 18:35. In order not to be late, we arrived at the airport at 16:15. At the information desk we found out that the departure will be at 23:30. They were outraged! Instead of swimming in the sea and relaxing during the day on September 11, we arrived on September 12, 2017 and checked into the hotel only at 5 o'clock in the morning. We lost not only September 11, but also September 12, because we were on the road all night and did not sleep. We were scheduled to meet our guide on September 12 at 11:00. Breakfast at the hotel is provided from 7:30 to 10:00. That is, either relax after the airport and the road, or have breakfast and meet with the guide .... Anex tour representative at the hotel said that this is normal for charter flights !!! They are not related to Azure air, although all sites indicate that Anex tour is their parent company! No compensation was offered! As a result, we lost the paid night stay at the hotel. It seemed that everything was done on purpose and they knew about it from the very beginning and gave false information! The most interesting thing is that on the official website of Anex tour there is no way to leave a review or send a claim.

There are no complaints about the crew team, everyone was friendly and benevolent, despite the indignant tourists.

I have been flying charters for more than 15 years and this is the first time I have met this! There were flight delays, but usually no more than 2 hours! In this case, the date and time of departure changed more than 5 times!!!! From the time indicated on the ticket, the flight was delayed by 18 hours!!!!!! I did not get what I expected when buying the tour! I feel cheated!
