HORROR!!!!! WORSE THAN EVER!!!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THE SERVICES OF THIS TRAVEL COMPANY!!!! We rested in June at the SUNRISE GARDEN BEACH Hurghada. Departure was supposed to be initially at 13.00 moved to 15.00. We flew in, they took the one we needed to the hotel, the guide led us to the front door, turned around and left. We settled ourselves with the help of a girl who is responsible for the guests (not a guide). In the morning they didn’t go to the meeting, they didn’t take excursions, they didn’t communicate with our guide. It's time for departure. We went to find out when we were flying away, the girl pointed her finger at the folder and look, look for yourself, she also behaved a little arrogantly with other vacationers, answered rudely. Departure was not changed at 21.00 and remained. The next day we extend the number until the evening. At 17.45 there should be a bus, our whole company (14 people) came 10 minutes earlier, sat down to wait and then our guide runs in and says that the flight is delayed by 2.5 hours. Everyone was very happy, but at least they went to dinner. At 20.30 a bus came for us and we went to the airport. On the way, the guide tells something about Egypt and then he says that the flight is delayed for another 30 minutes. But it's not that scary. 5 have already waited another 30 minutes, you can wait :) We arrived, passed control, Duty Free, we go to the boarding gate, there is already a queue, we started to get on the bus, we are at the end and then, for reasons unknown to anyone, everyone is driven back to the airport, everyone asks what happened, the flight was delayed for another 1.30. Everyone is waiting, tormented, and at 2 am Kiev time we fly to Kyiv. At the entrance, the captain meets everyone, at first he says that the flight from Antalya was delayed, then he says that for technical reasons, so no one knew the reason for the delay. We sat down very scary, I had never had such a landing, everything turned upside down inside. And finally, homeland! We will no longer fly with anex tour !!!!!!!
