I have never met a more disgusting and gypsy company. I won't talk about a 5-star hotel in Hurghada - this is a topic for a separate discussion. Strictly on the topic, with all my heart I do not advise using the services of this tour operator.

By the facts.

We were put up at the Sunrise Holidays Hotel. The representative of Annex Tour at the hotel was a certain IBRAHIM, a Negroid-looking obese Arab with an oily voice, the antics of a professional beggar and the eyes of a swindler. On the first day, we paid him three excursions - to Luxor, Diving and Cairo. The trip to Luxor went well. We did not go diving, because they simply forgot about us. We waited for the bus for more than an hour and spent a whole day (!!!) of a fully paid holiday for knocking money out of the company. The trip to Cairo was remembered first of all by the fact that the representative of Anexa-Walid, took half a bus of an ominous-looking Arabs and, instead of taking care of the needs of tourists, was puzzled by where to get hashish in the middle of the night. It was constantly cold on the bus, in response to the requests of tourists to turn off the air conditioner, a categorical no followed.

On the way back, tourists were asked to get off the bus ahead of time, 200-500 meters from the hotels, citing the fact that, they say, the bus cannot turn around, therefore, some had to go through the slums of Hurghada (believe me, there are plenty of them in Hurghada) at midnight.

At the end of the excursion to the pyramid, the representative of the company had the audacity to ask for a tip for the bus driver, as if the driver had performed a feat, leveling the requests and wishes of the tourists.

The general impression is that the Arabs are simply not able to understand (due to natural limitations, apparently) that tourists make up most of their income and, moreover, consider their bestial attitude towards tourists to be a manifestation of the highest quality of services. De facto, having some travel experience, I first encountered such a low level of service and outright rudeness towards the client.
