In general, there are no complaints about the tour operator, rather a request to more carefully select guides who work with tourists at the hotel. The guide named Hatim (+201066658552) who worked with us is probably the biggest liar in all of Egypt.
After his stories about sailing the Red Sea on a VIP Yacht, the Best Yacht in Hurghada, we booked a tour. And what a disappointment it was when we saw what we would sail on this very boat trip. The most common pleasure boat, near which there were real VIP-Yachts. As a result, spoiled the mood for the whole day, also for our own not small money. For two, we paid $ 160, although from our hotel this walk would have cost $ 50 for two.
A huge request to the tour operator, do not let the guides deceive tourists, this is primarily your reputation.
And of course I would like to know that this Hatim was expelled.
PS. We asked all the tourists present at this
