One day of paid vacation was stolen by rescheduling flights

If you have the opportunity, do not buy tours from this tour operator!!!

Flight transfers a day (two) before departure are practiced very often. This fate befell us too. We bought a tour for 10 days or how they interpret the nights according to the early booking system (in February they booked a tour to Turkey for June). We were promised a flight there at 4 am and back at 2 pm. As a result, a week before departure, the flight was moved to 13.00 (this despite the fact that there were 3! night flights) and, as a result, we checked into the hotel at 18.00 instead of 9 in the morning. The day before the flight back, we find out that we have a departure at 9 am with a completely different carrier (our flight generally departed at 4 pm that day), and check-out from the hotel at 4.50 am. If you check out at 4.50 and wake up at 3.50 for them, this is the 10th night, then no further comments. I see no point in judging. They wrote a claim, and in response, read the contract, which says that the tour operator has the right to postpone flights for no more than 24 hours in one direction or another. In fact, on transferring flights, we were robbed of 9 hours there and 5 hours back.
