Terrible attitude towards tourists

We bought a package tour in Rubi hotel 5 * (Alanya). As we found out upon arrival, the hotel is fundamentally different from the category declared on the Anekstura website. The rooms are critically neglected (mold, dampness and rust in the bathroom, the stink of the old carpet, lack of cleaning in general). When they asked a separate guide from Anekstur to assist in the resettlement, he said that he would not do anything until he was told about it from the central office (and we thought that a separate guide was supposed to help tourists in the hotel, and not wait for the Central Office from the office!). When the travel agency contacted the offices in Ukraine, they answered that they would try to help, but... no help was forthcoming!!! For 4 days they tried to beg for help, but no response, even after the tourists got poisoned from poor-quality food in the hotel restaurant, no help followed. Conclusion: we will no longer buy package tours from this tour operator !!!
