Travel agency: Anex Tour Туроператор (Kyiv) Service type: пакетный тур |
Hi all. I went at the end of February with a friend to Sharm. In general, there are no complaints about the tour operator, except for one negative.
In order: we arrived in Egypt on time, and it was at the airport that the unpleasant moments associated with the representatives of the Anex tour began (and ended). We got off the plane and the whole crowd went in line to the representatives of the tour operator, there were 3-4 of them there. They sold visas for 17 bucks, although it costs 15, but that's not the point. We were not going to buy a visa, we wanted to put a Sinai stamp, which I told the guy who tore off the tour voucher / sold the visa. To which he stated that since this is my first time in Egypt and I have a new passport - I am obliged to buy a visa, I began to argue, he began to raise his voice, as a result he began to beat himself in the chest with his finger, showing the Anex tour logo on a T-shirt and shouting to me that I don’t know anything, but he knows everything and that no one will put a stamp on me. the problem was that he did not give a customs declaration that had to be filled out. It all ended with the fact that he waved his hand at me and shouted for me to get out. Then I just went to another line and on the sly asked for declarations to fill out, that they forgot to give them to me. the guy asked if I was the first time in Egypt (first he handed them to me, then removed them), I said that it was not the first time, after which he gave them back. There were no further problems. we went to passport control, they said shinai only, they put a stamp on us. There were nice girls on the bus and to the hotel and back, and the hotel guide, as expected, told how dangerous it was to buy tours not from him. we listened. calmly waited for the end of the meeting and went to buy tours from Cheburashka and Gena in the Nabq area. We don't regret anything.
Have a nice rest and bright impressions!
