From that moment on, the accompanying guide from the Anex tour began to "load" tourists, how bad it would be for them if they did not buy excursions from a hotel guide: how they would be forgotten on some distant excursion, drowned in rafting, how they would have an accident and crash, and they will die, and no one will help them, and all in the same spirit throughout the trip, the tourists heard nothing more than horror stories and threats. Naturally, the good mood from a successful flight and the proximity of the rest was spoiled, although we flew to Turkey not for the first time, and, if possible, tried not to listen to the guide. We arrived at the hotel, settled in, 3 hours after arrival - meeting with the hotel guide Anex tour. This "song" continued: only excursions, only hammam - at the hotel guide. I don’t go to the hammam because of my age and problems with the cardiovascular system, I went on excursions in previous years, and this year the ticket was purchased in advance, and a month before the rest I had an operation, but since the ticket was paid, everything decided to go on vacation. In this regard, we did not plan excursions.. Within 1.5 hours, we were tired and hungry (on arrival at the hotel at 14-45 in the afternoon, no one thought to feed us), the hotel guide imposed its service and excursions. And when I realized the futility of my attempts, I probably became indignant, because she even refused to leave us her phone number for communication (just in case), and only by the end of the next day we were able to get the long-awaited phone number. The arrogant behavior of the Anex tour guides caused, to put it mildly, our dissatisfaction, and we decided that next year we would contact another tour operator for a vacation trip abroad (we saw the care and attention of the Tez-tour and Pegas-tour operators in relation to to your guests in our hotel). We flew with Anex last year as well, but there was no such disgrace. Therefore, today we are very disappointed with the methods of work of the guides of the Anex tour. . .
