Do not take Anex!
Tickets were bought in April. For two adults and a child. 6 days before the flight, the child had an operation outside the planned one, the appendicitis was removed.
They asked with a surcharge to reschedule the tour from May to the end of June, July, August in the same hotel, they refused. They said we don’t transfer and we don’t give money back 100% retention. After submitting a certificate from the hospital, they offered to sell tickets for the child in order to minimize costs, if they sold the tickets, they would return the funds for them to us, but only after the tour, we agreed. As a result, the child was left with his grandmother, and they themselves went. There was only one seat on the plane to Turkey, but we didn't get it. Some girl fell asleep on two seats, and my husband and I were not even put in the right place. It’s not funny, is it, given that we have paid for three tickets. On the way back, all the seats are sold out and, logically, we should be refunded for the sold ticket, but no. There is a screen where there are no more free tickets, a couple of days before departure from Turkey.
Anex's answer was simply amazing, contact the insurance company.
We do not return money.
That is, our ticket was sold twice. Warmed up on us and on someone else. Just great. I WILL NEVER FLY AGAIN from Anex.
