I want to write about my last vacation in Egypt, before quarantine. We flew on March 14 to Sharm El Sheikh. The ticket was purchased for 8 nights. On March 18 at 21.00 pm we were told that we were leaving the hotel tomorrow morning, and not on March 22 as it should have been. I called the hotline, asked on what basis they choose people who should leave the hotel earlier. Nothing intelligible in response! And I called because the guide was not at the hotel at that time, of course. And yes, the hotline confirmed that we were leaving earlier. As a result, we flew out on March 19, three days earlier than we were supposed to. Although our flight was on March 22! Our representative from whom we bought the ticket wrote a letter about the non-compliance with services in full. To which the anex tour replied: "They themselves agreed to fly away." QUESTION!! HOW A PERSON WHO PAID FOR 8 NIGHTS COULD AGREE TO FLIGHT EARLY??!! And even more so to recommend you to someone.
