Guide Magit (all guides are local Arabs with knowledge of Russian) the policy is this: only now you can buy excursions if you want to think, I will no longer sell excursions to you either in an hour or in a day, make decisions right now. Somehow right off the bat, we think it’s probably better and calmer with a tour operator than buying from the street. . . . how wrong we were! And for the future advice: tourists do not buy excursions from Anex 2 times more expensive, the same thing in the next door is offered cheaper and the service is better !!!! (we already learned this from other vacationers in our hotel, they didn’t fall for this scam from the tour operator and went on excursions 2 times cheaper). We bought an excursion to Israel, the guide told us very sweetly and beautifully, he promised food would be included, he said in Jerusalem we will walk, we go back and forth, we asked him immediately how to pass the border, how much time, the guide said 30 minutes maximum 1 hour. They are great at taking money, and then you won’t find the last one to provide services! To be honest, the first such trip with a negative in so many years. We arrived at the border in Taba at 23.30 passed the Egyptian control and then you need to walk to the Israeli, so between Egypt and Israel we stood at night for 2 hours in front of the barrier! And all because Anex brought their 3 buses of 50 people packed, and the rest of the companies had the same number of buses, they all brought us at the same time !!!! The next stop is lunch at 12 o'clock (taking into account that we only had breakfast at half past 10) we are already having lunch, otherwise it is not known when the food will be given. Lunch was included, except for drinks, this is at your own expense! In this cafe, this Tonya has a rollback and does not even hide this fact, it depends on the proceeds, so we had dinner there in the same cafe completely at our own expense! We ate for 2 hours, we go further at 16.30 we arrived in Jerusalem and drove non-stop through the whole city to Palestine. We were brought to a special shop to buy icons, candles, souvenirs for Orthodox Christians, we were there for 1.5 hours. After that, we drove in a traffic jam to the Church of the Nativity of Christ, so twilight had already begun. We finally arrived, there were a lot of people, we spent 1.5 hours in queues, it got completely dark, we got out and the guide says we need to run because the Church of the Holy Sepulcher will close in 30 minutes, of course everyone wants to get everywhere, a group of 50 people run through the streets of Palestine to their bus (this is after a night of standing up). Finally, we arrived in Jerusalem itself, it was already completely dark, it was raining, we ran to the Temple for 15 minutes, the guide said, we looked at Golgotha, we exited perfectly, the doors were closing. All this is before our eyes, the driver yells obscenities in his own language on the phone, at this Tonya, she only throws up her hands (she doesn’t care, the main thing is Her rollback is stable in this cafe). After a paid dinner and all these tantrums of the driver in front of the tourists, we got on the bus to go towards Egypt. Of course, the indignation of our group knew no bounds, and in the evening everyone could not restrain themselves and began to openly tell Tonya as a representative of the company, what kind of organization of this excursion, why did we stand all night, then ride the bus for half a day (the driver did not sleep, no one changed) and then also ran around the old city. Tonya began to threaten us into the microphone for the whole bus: "If you don't shut up now, I'll call the Police!" I'm sorry, but the bus laughed for the first time in a day) and everyone was just for it! Let the Israeli police deal with Anex why the evil driver is tired and has not slept for more than a day! Is it safe??? Wake up! The organization of passenger transportation has the norms of the law! In any country! After these showdowns with the guide, everyone was already exhausted mentally and physically for this trip, so I personally woke up already on the back border at night, arrived at the hotel at 6 am the next day, immediately fell asleep in the room and woke up only for dinner. My words can be confirmed by 49 people of our group that traveled Egypt-Israel on 02. 01. 2017! And the other 200 people with whom we met while standing for 6 hours in one queue) We and 3 other people from our hotel traveled together, considered it rude on the part of the tour operator to sell such excursions for a price 2 times higher than others! We paid for the fact that the guide told us so well, who had never been on this tour even for the sake of familiarization! They wrote a claim in the name of Anex Tour in the person of Dina, the manager in Sharm el-Sheikh, they called even more importantly, the woman forgot Her name, she is in Hurghada, on the phone the women said they would figure it out and compensate us. The motto of their company - Anex does not leave its customers dissatisfied))) as you can see, they lie) they all considered and considered our claims, read and re-read, we called this Dina from the phone of our guide every day, they made a decision all the days before our departure. . they said that the tour operator would pay us compensation through the travel agency where we bought tickets upon arrival home. We have already returned, the agent of the travel agency says that this was not the case in Her practice. So this is Egypt , gentlemen . .. the issue has not been resolved, the level of customer focus among the employees of the Anex tour in Egypt suffers a lot, there are few tourists, no one checks them, no one controls them, they work carelessly, no one is responsible for the quality of customer service.
