A day before, we were informed that the flight was delayed by 2 hours, then another 2 hours. Thanks to this, the transfer from Minsk was postponed and there was no extra time at the airport.

Fly with azure air. As a result, instead of the promised rescheduled from 9:30 to 13:30, the flight departed at 16:30. I was ready for the delays of the charter, but the children suffered and fell asleep on the plane before takeoff.

Pilots - well done! They took off softly, sat down softly, the flight attendants were also friendly. Aircraft cabin is clean

2) transfer to the hotel

From a special desk of a travel agency near the airport, I picked up a transfer. It was easy to find a counter and a transfer (although I use the service package for the first time). Anex tour workers are dressed in uniform, they are easy to recognize. Clean, tidy, friendly.

The bus was clean, tidy, air-conditioned, the driver drove carefully and discreetly, the guide during the journey, talked about local customs and attractions - it was interesting,

True, what made me smile was a sanitary stop 15 minutes from the airport near retail outlets))) obviously, by agreement)), because the prices there are terrible))

We were the first to be brought to the hotel, unloaded, the rest went on with the guide. Nobody helped to move in.

3) meeting with the hotel guide

Our hotel did not have him all the time, but there was a girl who was assigned to tourists in this hotel, she could be called or written in case of emergency.

The next day at 9:30 the hotel guide came. She was friendly, told about the features of the rest, the hotel, excursions.

What didn't you like?

I knew that tours from the agency would be expensive, but I wanted safety. The prices were announced, I wanted to buy, but ... while I went for money, the price increased by 35 ye, it didn’t suit me - I didn’t buy a tour, and I didn’t make any more persuasion to see “this one more” .... they offered “tours” to local shops, they say, this is included in my ticket, I didn’t want to, insisted, but I firmly refused, a couple of days later the guide reminded me of herself again in the messenger, I again refused her services. But the girl in appearance and communication was pleasant.

I didn’t hear anything from her anymore and preferred to solve my own questions.

4) departure

Information about the departure time appeared at the reception about 12 hours in advance. The time hasn't changed.

The transfer, however, arrived 15 minutes earlier than stated, they called the room on the phones, we left. The accompanying guide helped bring and load the suitcases. During the trip to the airport, he conducted a mini tour and explained the actions at the airport, the guy was very neat and positive))

There was also a “sanitary stop”)))) with a visit to the shopping arcade, but then the guide warned that the prices would be peculiar)) although those who wanted to buy something already bought everything for a long time

The bus was clean and the driver drove carefully.

Guy-guide - well done! He helped everyone to unload their bags, he himself ran and found out the check-in counters and almost escorted everyone by the hand))

5) departure

At first everything went according to plan. Registration on time, and then hung up ... instead of 13:20, they flew out at 15:40 (approximately, I don’t remember exactly)

And again the plane is clean, the stewards are good, the pilots are smart!

Conclusion: I read a LOT of bad things about this travel agency and the air carrier, but everything was fine if I was mentally ready for a delay in charters (and I was ready for this)
