We bought 3 tours from him, whether it’s expensive or not, but we gave $ 450 from two, it’s understandable that everyone should earn.

The Arabian fairy tale began on October 8 at 5-50 in the morning at Mars Alam airport, when the wife was told that she was being removed from the flight because she needed to do a PCR, and her covid certificate was not with those vaccines. We accidentally saw the Anex Tour guide, he brought his group and was about to leave, he understood Russian quite well, I immediately asked for a Wi-fi pass, realizing that the journey could take a long time, I promptly connected KyivStar roaming. They explained the situation, the person tried to help, there was little time and there was hope to make the PRC in time for the flight, in extreme cases there was another flight at 9-30 to Kyiv, the same air carrier. The guide took a taxi and my wife and I went to the hospital, they did the test, but we were late for our flight. The next flight also refused to take us. We called our agent in Ukraine, there was only one option, to return to the hotel and wait for the next flight, accommodation and tickets at our own expense, and the next one was only on Monday, October 11th.

So this man, his name was Hesham, helped us buy tickets for the 8th with a flight from Hurghada to Zhuliany, and not only electronic, but also printed. He helped pick up a taxi, accompanied by phone until the very departure, even invited guests, but we had no time for that.

But his colleague, our hotel guide Ahmed Amer, when we got through to him, said that he was very happy about what had happened and asked not to complain about him. For tickets, transfers, tests, etc. we gave more than half of the cost of the tour, it is clear that you can’t return the money, one consolation is that in any situation there are people who can help you and there are always slobs because of which you can get and not only on expenses.
