Worst tour operator ever!!!!!

We went through the annex to Egypt in June 2010. for the first and last time!!!

As for the documents, I’ll immediately say there are no complaints, everything was as we ordered, the hotel, the room, booked - everything was in order.

BUT the quality of services is worse than you can imagine.

When booking, the flight was supposed to fly there at 13-10, back at 18-10. Documents are given only a day before departure, it doesn’t matter when you paid for the tour, at least a month in advance, you still won’t be given a doc (this is another scam "early booking", because this is how you pay one amount, and the tour operator, having received money from you in advance, waits until the last moment and buys places much cheaper, respectively, having had a good profit on us. Including do not be fooled by this !!! try to pay for tours back to back).

So, we picked up tickets a day before departure, and there we were already there: 12-10 and back 17-10, but oh well, what a trifle we thought.

The return flight was delayed for 3.5 hours for some reason, it was the airlines that Anex had, because. TEZ tour and other normal companies flew on time and to the same city as us. The buses that "meet" and "escort" tourists are old, dirty, shabby, everything rumbles, there are no seat belts, no air conditioning !!!! in such a hot country, it should generally be "for granted" !!!! and in addition, in the cabin itself, it stinks of diesel fuel, it seems that the exhaust pipe goes into their salon. Guides... absolutely fucking attitude towards tourists, no... I'm not asking to be blown off the dust, but there should be elementary respect. We were with a small child, and at my request to move my bag from the front seat, he began to freak out and shout that this was his place (although he himself did not sit there), when he was told that you were not sitting there anyway, he began to freak out that mumble something there. After that, he received the same attitude towards himself, which he really did not like and began to swear "on his own" and throw his papers and a pen on the seat !! Maybe we went too far somewhere, but in any case, the guide should not behave like this, at least he should just keep silent ... At the entrance to each hotel, the guide came out and allegedly escorted everyone to the reception. So, after he takes you to the reception, he stands and clearly hints like let's have money, I spent you, money, respectively. no one gave it to him, and he again, angry, sat down, muttering something.

With such a service, or rather its complete absence, I do not advise anyone to go through this operator.

To date, in my opinion, TEZ tour remains the best!
