Lie!

We chose this office only because no one else provided tours to the hotel we needed. The price was adequate, in our opinion, from 14.05 to 21.05.16 (7 nights) cost us $820. No one answered my question on company mail about the prices for the tour. In flight, the food was super economy! But basically normal. On the way back (night flight) food was not given or offered. . . Accompanying guides to / from the hotel were normal. When checking into a hotel, no one knew that when ordering a tour, we asked for a certain number. They made round eyes and said that they did not know anything about it. They said if nothing is indicated in the voucher, then we cannot help! They settled in a room with a view of the construction site, but that’s okay, we didn’t come to look out the windows. Hotel guides are just awful! The most "funny" Samir! Lied at every turn! Talking about excursions - not a word of truth! If he says three lagoons, then one and a half. If the excursion says very good, then you will burn in the sun from the excursion in the very sun! Well, if everything is clear about excursions - his main task is to collect money on the first day, then why say that only nine hotels work for all the charm - I don’t understand! Just such a person - just to lie! With any question or reminder, his first phrase is - Did I say that? no, I didn't say that. A disgrace to the firm and the man who hired him. I got the impression that he was specially placed in this hotel so that they would stop going there. That and the hotel staff treats AneksTour badly.
