Hello! Now I will tell you about how we flew to Turkey with the tour operator Anex Tour and UTAir. Our flight was scheduled for 3:55, and we actually flew away at 11:50...
It was a "beautiful" start to such a long-awaited holiday! The flight was delayed by 8 hours!!!
The flight was delayed first at 5:40, then at 6:40, 8:00, and at 12:00! When at 8 am the flight was rescheduled for 12:00 am, the passengers rebelled and “settled” on the representative of the UTAir company with a demand to start doing something to find another aircraft. It turns out that the plane did not even take off from Turkey the night before due to malfunctions in the navigation system ...
Both the airline and, possibly, Anex Tour knew about it, but no one bothered to immediately start looking for a replacement for this aircraft, so that people would fly away on time for vacation and not lose the paid time in Turkey for a while at the Boryspil airport terminal !!!
The representative of Anex Tour appeared once and then immediately disappeared in an unknown direction!
A replacement for the Boeing 737, which, according to the representative of the airline, is the only one at the disposal of UTAir, was found only at 10 am ... And it was some kind of Mac Douglas aircraft of 1986 produced by another airline!
But, thank God, everything went well, and we landed at the Antalya airport at 14:10.
I strongly recommend not to use the services of UTAir and draw conclusions about the quality of Anex Tour partners and their care for their customers, that is, us - vacationers!
Who will pay us for 8 hours of loss of stay in the hotel and whether they will pay, remains to be seen!
