Left disappointed!

We bought a tour to Egypt in August. Rest was planned from 04.09. When it became known that it was necessary to take tests to visit the country, they contacted a travel agency. We were given a list of laboratories where you can take the tests. And it was stated that if we pass, in a particular laboratory, we will have a discount (800 UAH) per person. You need to come to the change and show the tour bought in Anex. When she came to take PCR to the laboratory, the employee replied that there were no such agreements with Anex-tour. And they say we are not the only ones who come with such a question! Paid 950 for 1 person, instead of 800 promised. But most of all I was outraged that our flight was supposed to be on 11.09 at 20.10, but was postponed to 6.00 in the morning on 11.09!!! We've lost a day! 7 nights became 6 nights. And for us, the departure time is not acceptable at 6 am, so we bought a tour in advance, where the departure is at 20.10. And guides in hotels from Anex-tour are a different story !!! how could a guide say at a meeting of tourists that they don’t go to Egypt for service !!! but this is a 5+ minute hotel.
