The travel agency organized excursions at reasonable prices, I liked everything, but the carrier Azur Air is terrible ... the plane is in good condition, but we waited a very long time for departure from Egypt because the charter was late .... they transferred it 4 times and waited at the airport for almost a day to get home. We left the hotel at 12-00, the flight was supposed to be at 18-00 moved to 20-00 then moved to 23-00 then moved to 7-00
If the travel agency does not start working with another carrier, we will lose customers more with this company, we will not go!
