When we took the tour, the departure time was 12-40, tickets were received at 13-30, departed at 20. Fortunately, we live in Kiev, so we did not sit at the airport for half a day.
They flew away with a delay. We sat at the reception for 4 hours, because we were not informed about the transfer of the flight in advance. As a result, we got home at 4 am and went to work without sleep.
It is clear that the marketing goals of these hours of departure and arrival - the best for tourists: check in for dinner, check out in the afternoon.
