Bought a tour to Turkey in Anex Tour to the hotel they advised us Avalon Beach Hotel (Side). When we arrived at the hotel (about 17.00) the guide went with us to settle. After filling out all the questionnaires and the necessary documents, the guide left us and said "now you will be accommodated in good rooms!". However, a few minutes later we came from the reception and we were told that there are no free rooms in the hotel now! The guide who seemed to settle us did not deprive us of any contacts! They started looking for contacts of the Annex in Turkey on the Internet. When they were contacted, they said that their working day was over! nights without a room for the night is not an important and emergency situation, according to the Annex of the Tour !!
The next morning our guide Olesia came, who didn't try to solve anything, but at 2 pm we were settled near the room. Promised compensation from the hotel and the operator, but did not receive from anyone!
Later we got acquainted with the vacationers and it turned out that not only we had problems with the settlement, but everyone who rested there! Everyone was accommodated for 3-4 days of rest!
As for the hotel - the worst Avalon Beach Hotel, believe me!
Internet only at the reception, for 1 weak router - all the people of the hotel. To connect to Wi-Fi at all you need to make a thousand attempts and sit at the reception for up to 1 hour (it's just to connect !!) about the speed I'm generally silent.
NUMBER AND CLEANLINESS
We were accommodated in a triple room, although there were two of us. Rooms are small and dirty. The room was cleaned only 2 times in 8 days of rest. Towels were not given, the request for a date was answered "no now, wait!". Gave the next day in spots. The bed was dirty too! The water that kept me sleeping at night was constantly flowing in my soul, there were no hygiene products, everyone bought on their own. There was only one working socket in the room.
Everything is monotonous, fat and sharp !!
All breakfasts, lunches and dinners were the same. Occasionally there was a very small amount of fruit, which was not enough for everyone!
From the first paragraph it is clear that the hotel service at -1 as the hotel itself is not 3 * and 0.5 *
The holiday is spoiled! Couldn't wait to get home!
