I don't recommend this company to anyone

We took through this company a ticket to Turkey for a week, to the city of Bodrum, the hotel "Bodrum Bay Resort", on the Aegean Sea. It's 7 days, with flights and all inclusive. Paid just over $1100. What can I say - the sea is cool, the food is ordinary - nothing more than ordinary. Firm "Anex Tour" indicated that this is a 5-star hotel. Well, if it's 5 stars... The rooms are 3 stars maximum, very cramped, old noisy AC. When the next day, after arrival, there was a meeting with a representative of the travel agency, to the remark that it was not 5 stars at all, she replied that they say "You yourself should have read where you were going" - and quickly changed the topic. But about excursions from the company, this girl was able to talk for more than half an hour. That is, the most important thing is to sell a ticket, and then excursions, the company does not care about the quality and dissatisfaction of customers. The staff hardly speaks English. Wi-fi is terrible, even at the reception. On the beach, towels were stolen from us and our friends on the tour when we went for lunch and left them on sunbeds.

When on another day we went to a snack bar to have a bite - in 20 minutes we asked the waiter to come up 3 times - no one came up, although there were few people at that time - only when I asked to come up in a raised tone - only then the waiter immediately appeared. We flew out on Sunday, and on Saturday evening it turned out that from my wallet, which was in my backpack in the room, 60 dollars and even were stolen by the cleaners !!!! 50 hryvnia. So draw conclusions about this company and the hotel :)

I will never recommend this company and hotel to anyone again, as they sell tours for an expensive price, but they are not true. We were in Bodrum from 07/23/2017 to 07/30/2017.
