In connection with the massive thefts at the Bodrum Bay Resort, of which we were also victims,
Anex tour guides (in Bodrum) ignored the request for help. They did not help to call the police, they did not help in communicating with the staff, since they did not know either English or Turkish. They brought us to the police station and happily left us with the words “wait for an interpreter” without knowing the Turkish language (the police did not speak English) we had difficulties, since no one was going to look for an interpreter, the police refused to accept the application, pretended not to understand what we say via email. Translator, we were sent to the consulate. The consulate did not answer calls.
All that anex tour guides can do is sell excursions. In any other situations, the Tourist is left alone with the problem.
