We chose this company because we stayed at the jaz fanara resort & residence in Sharm el-Sheikh, and from Ukraine, people are sent to this hotel only from Anex. Paperwork in Ukraine was excellent, everything was fast and of high quality, there were no problems with the flight either, all flights were on time. But in Egypt, we faced the other side of the coin:
1. Upon arrival at the hotel the next day, we had a meeting with a guide from a company named Amir: he took us an hour and a half, where he talked a lot about excursions beautifully, and at the same time allowed himself a not very respectful attitude towards tourists (if anyone went out out of necessity .. there were people with children, he changed his attitude dramatically, showed elements of aggression and rudeness). We still bought 2 expensive excursions from him and really hoped for a pleasant stay ...
2. The first excursion was to Israel: the trip is really tiring, but the excursion program itself was very rich and interesting. The bus took us to the border, on the way we were told that in a day the same bus would pick us up and take us to the hotel. We crossed the border ourselves, there were about 7-8 buses, all groups of tourists mixed up and in Israel we were in different buses, who had time ... Our guide in Israel was Olga, an interesting girl, but at the end of the trip she got out in the city Eilat, before that, she said goodbye and said that there was a small problem at the border - the cards on which we must go through control are on the bus for us, and we will have to wait about an hour, politely said goodbye and left. We stayed with a driver who speaks only Hebrew, he took us to the border, we sat on the bus for half an hour, then a certain Sergey from Aneks gave the command to get out that everyone would be brought soon, the bus turned around and left, and we stood near the checkpoint for about an hour and a half passes (there was no place to sit down) in the middle of the night and it was not clear who was waiting .. After 2 hours from arrival, we passed control, we were brought to dinner at 12 at night, given that lunch was around 12.00 in the afternoon, and then, as it turned out, our bus had already left to Sharm and what we do is not clear. The guide from Aneks is generally unprofessional, behaved disgustingly, knows nothing, cannot explain ... we were shocked!!! .. very tired and helpless .. In the end, they put us on the bus to the Polish group from another tour operator and we safely arrived at 5 in the morning to the hotel. As Amir felt, he immediately left to work in another hotel, so there was no one to express his opinion and impression, the new guide politely nodded his head and that's it ...
3. The second sea excursion for 90 dollars. was so beautifully described that we were looking forward to it, we wanted to enjoy the seascapes and swim in beautiful places, but even here there was a catch: we were put in a minibus, taken to a yacht and brought to swim on our beach near the jaz fanara resort & residence . How can you be so deceitful and indifferent to people, so as not to say where we are going. It was the last straw, so the desire to travel with this company has disappeared completely. I am so satisfied with the rest and excursions in Turkey with another tour operator that I could not even think about making such a cynical money.
Change your guides and teach them to work with people, not just take money!
