I want to tell you about our experience with ANEX TOUR. For the first time our family encountered this tour operator during a trip to Spain. Then already there were problems and misunderstandings. Fortunately, then a very conscientious hotel staff came across and fixed everything. But we were subtly hinted that the hotels themselves are not happy to cooperate with ANEX TOUR. This year we decided to fly to Turkey. We were looking forward to a holiday in beautiful Marmaris, at the Ideal Prime Beach Hotel, where we rested for the fifth time. We, as already trained tourists, indicated everything: from the location of the room and the view from the window to the state of soundproofing. What could go wrong?

And not so unfortunately went on all our vacation. Immediately upon arrival at one o'clock in the afternoon, we approached our transfer. After waiting an hour in the heat (at our request, they didn’t even turn on the air conditioner), we only left the airport at half past three. They have already stolen a day of our holiday. On the way, the guide, who seemed to be supposed to give us information about the country and the peculiarities of tourism in it, only “scared” us all the way, like children. “You must come to a meeting with the guide or you will not be included in the list for the return transfer!” Our guide Yulia reproachfully told. “Then we don’t want to run around the beach looking for you! Come on time, the guide will not sit and wait for you all day.” There were many more words about accidents, but the basis of this speech, of course, was advertising for Aneksturov's excursions. That was the beginning. And to our regret, the saying turned out to be true: "How you start your vacation, so you will spend it." After all, then we arrived at the Ideal Prime Beach hotel and already in the room we found that the balcony goes directly to the hood. The first night we had was sleepless, we managed to fall asleep only in the morning. We contacted the reception with a request to change our room, referring to our requirements when booking. However, they told us there was nothing they could do to help. We are starting to look for a guide at the hotel from ANEX TOUR. Because Julia gave us a completely different name in the voucher. Our name is Hasan (we will remember him for a long time). He came out to us with a cup of coffee in his hands and, without interrupting his meal, snorted that he should have come to meet him in the morning, but now he will not do anything. After a few days of finding out who should still be responsible for all this, we were deigned to offer another number. He was already on the other side of the road. Realizing that they are making fools of us, we decided to deal directly with the hotel. Two Russian-speaking employees work at the reception. The first is Phillip. At first, he convinced us for a long time that there was no hood. After I provided the video, he promised to sort it out and asked me to come back in half an hour. Half an hour later, the same "we can't help ...". The second person is Alena. She did not even want to talk to us, pretending that she did not understand us. Alena does not understand Russian. Perhaps only us, because with the rest she clearly succeeded. We are tired of pushing for the 3rd day. The last straw was Hassan's phrase: "So you have 3 days left, what is there to be patient."

We were disappointed. The rest, which we were waiting for and which cost us a lot of money, was ruined. We couldn't understand why. At home, I came across an interview with the owner of a Ukrainian travel agency. It explains completely everything that happened to us. Organizations such as TEZ Tour and Anex Tour simply ousted Ukrainian travel agencies, putting pressure on hoteliers. If they refused, then the tour operators, who filled up to 50% of the room capacity, said that they would not sell this hotel from Russia.

I declare that this is true. We have experienced it ourselves. We are Ukrainians. And in this hotel they didn't even want to talk to us. We saw real national discrimination at the Ideal Prime Beach Hotel and from Anex Tour.

Now we don't care about anything, except to warn those who are going to go with Anex Tour. Be prepared that this tour operator won't lift a finger to help you. And I especially appeal to the Ukrainians. There is a war going on in our country. And we are served by the operators of the aggressor country. Our family has already realized its responsibility. As long as they push us out and infringe on our rights, both in Donetsk and in Turkey, and we remain silent, nothing will change!
