The flight was delayed by more than 6 hours, the operator did not even warn about this. The so-called 24/7 support telephones and the contact telephone number of the representative are not answered. And this is still in the country of purchase of the tour (Ukraine). The departure time was specified with the operator the night before - they said, according to the schedule. I do not recommend this carrier.
