Disrespect to their customers, stole 1.5 days

The company was not chosen, they trusted the agent of the travel agency. . . We paid for the ticket, plus 50€ for a comfortable flight. Scheduled departure on April 28th at 5.00, rescheduled the flight to 7.00, took off at 9.40, went to the hotel at 13.15 (pay extra for being at the hotel by 9.00). At a meeting at the hotel with a representative of the annex, we heard a lot of terrible stories about what happens to tourists when they buy excursions not in the annex, but in travel agencies opposite the hotels. So, nothing happens, there are normal people, and twice as cheap. . . We didn’t know this, we bought a yacht trip from Anex, paid $ 80 for two, the next day we found out (accidentally) that this was not a calm walk on the sea, but a fun foam party, when we tried to refuse, they didn’t return the money to us, offered to look at the return side of the check (read everything carefully). Of course, we went on an excursion, and on the yacht we learned that the price of the trip was $20 per person. . . Here. . . Further more. . . We were supposed to fly out on May 5 at 17.00, but on May 4 at 20.00 we found out that the flight was postponed to 5.00, in fact we flew out at 9.40. . . another day was stolen from us (((((and people like us, there was a whole plane, they stole one day of vacation from everyone. . . .. Make the right choice!!!!!
