Holidays at the Palm Beach Resort Hurgada were hopelessly ruined by the hotel guide Imad - a monstrously boorish, disrespectful attitude towards customers! On the bus from the airport and at the meeting at the hotel, he gave zero information about the country-city-hotel, but only a very arrogant, rude, boorish imposition of his excursions, accompanied by shouts of "Be silent when I talk!", "You must respect me!", “You are nobody here without me”, “Do not dare to tell me “we will buy later” or “we came to sunbathe” - if you are beggars, without money, why come here at all?” etc. At the same time, the guide Imad discredited it as a hotel (“Nothing is guarded here, everyone walks from the street and sells their excursions”, “Everyone in this hotel wants to deceive you”, “No one will change your number and will do nothing but me”) , and the tour operator Anex tour ("Their planes are always late, so come to me every day, I'll tell you when you take off"). And on the way to the airport, the guide from another shift, all the time on the way, very obsessively tried to sell some creams and ointments, allegedly "from the Bedouins". I have a question: Anek tour does not pay the salary of its guides at all, that they are forced to earn whatever they can? And why did they decide that they have the right to be so disrespectful to customers? I made my conclusions about the Anex tour with the help of their guides and I won’t fly anywhere else with this operator - since there is a lot of competition in this market!
