And so in order:

- we chose Anex Tour, only because only two companies fly from Kharkiv, and the dates of the flight we are interested in turned out to be in Anex Tour;

- booked a tour a month before the trip;

- all our negativity began from the moment we arrived in Egypt, Sharm El Sheikh, when we approached the "ANEX TOUR" counter, there were 4 people standing there, two of them had a long queue, and near the other two, there was practically no queue and The flow of tourists passed quickly. I came up to find out - they asked me "ANEX TOUR"?, - to which I answered - yes. In response: "Voucher, 5 dollars for each card, we will fill everything ourselves." I asked for cards and said that we would fill it out ourselves, to which I was clearly answered "In line!" ;

- one of the representatives of Anex Tour, to whom there was a queue when I approached him with a question - he not only ignored him, but also sent "for bread" in a rude manner. When we nevertheless received the cards, he did not explain to us how to fill them out, he simply ignored our question about visas - he said that we did not need them (the same in a rude form when we asked to explain why, since we planned a trip to Cairo.Then at the hotel, from the guide, we learned that traveling to Cairo by bus was banned.Only by plane). The memo to the tourist from Anex Tour says "Upon arrival at the airport in Egypt, you need to go to the "ANEX TOUR" counter to mark your voucher. Fill out the migration card in English and independently purchase entry visas in the window labeled" VISA ". We watched other tourists fill out cards, bought visas on our own. We left the airport and stopped to buy a phone card. When we approached the bus, another representative of Anex Tour started yelling at us (in the literal sense of the word, it’s a pity that we didn’t remember his name) that everyone was waiting for us, but we were walking somewhere, etc., then he asked, who bought visas. We said that we had bought visas, he asked to see them, and then a flurry of indignation and discontent fell upon us - he shouted that we had bought the wrong visas, that they were not valid, we were deceived that they did not put a police stamp on our visa that at the hotel we have to give our passports and visas to the hotel guide in order for him to hand them over to the airport and put some kind of police stamps ... in general, complete nonsense. We understood that this was nonsense, since we go on vacation not only through tour operators, but also on our own;

- the hotel is longer, we went on a family vacation (4 people), booked 2 standard rooms, when booking we specified that the rooms should be nearby. When we checked in, we were given rooms in different parts of the hotel. The hotel said that the tour operator did not provide them with information about booking interconnecting rooms. In the hotel that we booked, the adjacent accommodation of rooms of the standard category;

- from 21.00 to 01.00 we could not check in - as a result, we were settled in rooms that were far from each other. The next day, the hotel guide could not help us with resolving our issue in settling adjacent rooms.

- excursions - a separate topic - how information about them is provided to tourists and what threats sound to tourists if they decide to take an excursion through another agency. I'm jumping straight - my husband ordered diving where he wanted, not tourist. The guide saw us waiting at the hotel when we were waiting for the car. Then in the evening he expressed his contempt to us and called us "street tourists" - not pleasant but true ... we are used to traveling on our own and did not focus on this. In "ANEX TOUR" we bought a sightseeing tour of Sharm, just for the sake of visiting the Tutankhamun Museum (a copy of the national museum in Cairo). We paid $80 for the tour. The tour began with a visit to the mosque (it’s hard to call it a visit, since we were only in the courtyard of the mosque, where we were told about the religion of Islam), then we were taken shopping (shopping) and at the very end of the tour we were finally brought to the museum, where we were briefly told the story and told that we could then explore everything on our own. Before we had time to see even half of the second hall, the guide began to rush us and said that everyone was waiting for us on the bus and we no longer had time. As a result, we never looked at all the exhibits in the museum - that's why we went on an excursion - certainly not for shopping for 80 bucks. On the bus, people were indignant that everyone was waiting only for us. I was indignant in response that having paid $ 80 for the tour, I want to see what I paid for .. and lo and behold ... it turns out that all the other people on the bus went on this tour for free, as a bonus for a trip to Israel or Cairo . And we are the only ones who paid money for it and could not see what we went for, as the guide simply did not let us finish examining the exhibits in the museum.

After the trip, there was a negative from the "ANEX TOUR" service. If possible, we will avoid traveling with "ANEX TOUR".
