We used the representative office of the travel agency in Zaporozhye. Tour picked up well, everything was explained and told. Registration, flight, meeting at the airport, check-in at the hotel, everything is wonderful. On the way to the hotel, the guide gave a short tour. The hotel guide helped as best he could.

I would like to say about the negative impressions of the Anex tour. We took a triple excursion (mountain, olive farm, oceanarium), the hotel guide and the tour guide described the tour in all its glory, told how lucky we were, and as a result, the guide was NOT ANYONE, he couldn’t really tell anything about Kirish, Kemer, something indistinctly short by 10 minutes, we were taken to the olive farm for 2.5 hours. For two hours we circled the outskirts of Kemer in search of a road. Tell me why send a guide and driver who do not know the road and the saddest thing is that the guide was silent all the time and did not give any explanation.

The excursion to the olive farm was negative, everyone was angry. We got to the Oceanarium late in the evening, tired, angry, the children were no longer up for the tour, everyone was late for dinner and almost left hungry. I would like Anex tour to at least somehow react to this trip, but the hotel guide only shrugged and promised to report to the management. I will say right away that a respectful company would try to make amends for this incident, but no, they probably considered this situation normal.
