It seemed that the bottom was broken, but Anex Tour knocked from below

Unlucky to go on safari. The guide talked about the fact that arafatki and glasses are included in the price, but in fact we had to buy them on arrival on a safari, which no one warned us about. Before a trip on ATVs, a “test drive” is carried out, according to which those who cannot ride an ATV can be screened out and they are offered to ride either with an instructor or with their husband. Before this "test drive" no even the slightest training is carried out, got on the ATV and welcome to the exam. There is no time to feel the speed and stability of the ATV at all, in addition, the guide intimidates that the car will definitely roll over. I was taken off the test drive because there was too much distance between me and the car in front of me. The guide said that I can’t drive and I will definitely roll over. To my answer “if I can’t drive, then teach me so that I can drive,” the girl sarcastically replied, “we are not a school.” But! We took the safari excursion precisely for the sake of ATVs, and not so that at the slightest inconvenience they would push me onto the instructor. When I said that no one would pass their test the first time, since there was no time to get acquainted with the ATV at all, the girl simply shrugged. Almost all the way the instructor rode for me, and he didn’t go with everyone else, but along the very bumps and I just jumped from behind. By the way, everyone was driving at different speeds. I was “allowed” to ride back with a guy (I was driving an ATV, and the guy was sitting in the back and helping). There were no problems during the ride, but thanks to the intimidation of the guide, I drove very carefully for a test drive so as not to roll over. This excursion is just my huge disappointment, all the time you feel as if you owe someone, step left and right and be shot. ATVs are far from the first freshness, and many are simply gouged. Attitude towards people on the tour is simply no. It seemed that the only desire of the organizers was to finish the tour as soon as possible, no matter how. I have never seen such an arrogant attitude. We went on a safari to learn and spend time on ATVs, and not to be intimidated and “let us in”. This is the worst tour of my life and I have been to Egypt 10 times.

There were questions about diving. Anex tour disclaims any responsibility for injury / death, before diving, you sign a document stating that all responsibility lies with you. Upon arrival at the hotel, the guide told us that this was not a document, but just a piece of paper for show, and in general, what claims can there be, did you return alive?

And when we complained about the problems on the safari, the guide Ahmed threatened to send us from the hotel to Ukraine before our tickets, otherwise we are showing off.

We wrote a complaint to Aneks at the hotel, and for the safari they sent us a disc with the same safari, supposedly free pleasant memories. The guide said that this is just the cost of one ATV, which I did not ride ($ 15). But he apparently forgot that we paid $ 30 per person each and this disc will not bring me a single positive emotion, since I would gladly delete this excursion from my life. Ahmed also asked me to write that I took the disc and have no complaints. I refused, because the claims still remained. She wrote that I took the disc, to which the guide answered me “I don’t care if you have any complaints, goodbye.” I have never had such a rude attitude towards me. As they say, it seemed that the bottom was broken, but Anex knocked from below. We consistently travel 2 times a year with a large group and now we will avoid this tour operator as nerves are more expensive.
