Service type: пакетный тур, авиаперелёт

Not the first (and not even the fifth) time we went to Egypt, but for the first time from this tour operator. And their own charter (Azur Air). Flight. We were only detained for 40 minutes. We were lucky - judging by the reviews, you can spend hours hanging around at the airport waiting for their trough to arrive. They don't feed. Maybe this is good, because judging by the rest of the service, the departure would be provided.

Arrival. And here for a visa they charge you not 25 dollars, but 27. Where are 2 bucks per person? Anex in his pocket. On what grounds? they just wanted to. class, right? Why not 35 per person or 50?

Transfer to the hotel is normal.

But on the way to the hotel they take you for an idiot and repeat 20 times about the importance of meeting with the guide in the morning and that it is imperative to come with the whole family. That the country is not safe and it will be necessary to fill out additional questionnaires confirming the legality of your stay in the country - supposedly this is necessary for the police. Yeah of course. In the morning you come and wait for a guide for half an hour. He comes along with a Russian-speaking aunt, for 5 minutes he tells something from the organizational side and then he sells excursions for another hour. They give you to fill out questionnaires "for the police" - pieces of paper on the form of Anex Tour. Quite already set off ... Oh well. For some reason, you duplicate the information from the tour voucher on pieces of paper and write which excursions you are interested in. You approach the guide and give your aunt - and they say with disgruntled mines "Get down!". Why, you ask? But no, there will be no paper-wipe. Okay, let's get down. And then they start taking papers from everyone in turn and spend 10-20 minutes per person / family. Process. Excursions are exorbitantly expensive. They lie so that it is already beyond the limit! They intimidate the inexperienced with the fact that they supposedly need to take tours only from us, because street or beach tour agencies are unsafe and do not bear responsibility for you, and insurance is valid only on the territory of the hotel. Damn it, how can you lie so blatantly?! And most importantly, there are gullible people who do not understand that the excursion is not an "extreme vacation", as our aunt from Anex told us, but it operates throughout the country. Prices. For example, Luxor. The most common excursion they have is like a suite or something. 110 bucks. At the same time, local tour agencies offer it for 30-40 dollars. Told my aunt about it. He says - you will only be taken to the shops and in general only the fare costs 30 bucks, the tour cannot cost so much. Again nonsense. And it doesn't blush. In the end, we just gave a piece of paper, but the aunt pointed to the guide at us - he rushed to catch up and bargain. As a result, reduced the price to 45 dollars. But why should we contact you, people who have no idea about honesty and adequate service? It's me, Anex Tour, I'm talking to you. So we left and are happy. We took a tour to Luxor from a local tour agency ("street" as they say). We were there for the second time, the first 8 years ago. Paid $35/person. and everything was great.

The return transfer from Anex was tin. They stuffed people into buses and instead of going to the airport, they took them ... to a store! To the store, damn it! They were there for 40 minutes. Is this normal at all? But, fortunately, this hell is over and I do not advise anyone to get involved in these charlottes. It's good that we stumbled upon Anex Tour with their Azur Air troughs just on a trip to Egypt, and not to the Dominican Republic, for example. Because they practice this lawlessness in all countries. Too bad they didn't read the reviews before the trip.
