Friends! Bypass the tenth road of these scammers! I paid a package tour for 10 nights for my family in Sharm. They were supposed to fly back with their AZER Air airline at 19:10. In fact, our flight was postponed 14 hours earlier (!) Thus, the whole day of rest, including breakfast, lunch and dinner, paid for, was poured into the toilet! Not only did no one even explain why they stole the whole night and day of rest from us, these nits do not even respond to letters of complaint and calls! We chose a travel agency for a very long time, we opted for Anex Tour, since the travel agency is quite well-known, there was no experience of getting a divorce, besides, we issued vouchers online. And the prices are quite reasonable. Everything is fair. We were satisfied, the only remark is that there is little communication with tourists, no one knew how we arrived, whether we liked the trip, etc. →

We booked a tour in advance to Turkey, the hotel did not open, we chose one with a large territory, good food and 1-line. 2 days before departure, we learned from friends who booked the same hotel for the same dates, only at the Tez tour, that they had already been informed about the relocation options. - Planes are not comfortable. You feel like a herring in a jar. The crew is friendly. On the way back, from Turkey to Ukraine, the flight was delayed for an HOUR!!! No one announced this delay, and the departure time was not changed on the scoreboard either. It was very unpleasant to sit and wait "by the sea for the weather." It would not be so insulting if the delay was announced. →

The tour itself is not expensive, but if you take a tour of the guide, the prices are much higher than other tour operators. →
