Before buying a tour to Turkey, I read about Azur Air, the airline that Anex Tour sends. So, more than half of the reviews were negative (mostly, it was about the fact that these guys are very fond of rescheduling flights half a day earlier, thereby reducing people's rest and spoiling their mood). The company was not chosen, they trusted the agent of the travel agency. . . We paid for the ticket, plus 50€ for a comfortable flight. Scheduled departure on April 28th at 5.00, rescheduled the flight to 7.00, took off at 9.40, went to the hotel at 13.15 (pay extra for being at the hotel by 9.00). At a meeting at the hotel with a representative of the annex, we heard a lot of terrible stories about what happens to tourists when they buy excursions not in the annex, but in travel agencies opposite the hotels. →

I am writing from Turkey. I ordered a tour through Anex, vouchers in advance. Booked on 04/24/2018 for 4:00 departure, return on April 30 at 16:00. So, attention!! As soon as I paid for the vouchers, my departures were technically rescheduled - April 24 from 4:00 to 16:00, and return - April 30 from 16:00 to 8:00. Cut for a day! This is a lie! I didn’t like the company’s representative on the bus, upon arrival, she sold local SIM cards for $15, and they cost $10 in the price list of our hotel guide. A trifle, but unpleasant when you did not have time to get comfortable, and you are ripped off by a representative of the tour operator company. →

Anex did not choose the company, just chose the tour provided by Anex Tour. The package tour was purchased for 6 nights/7 days. Initially, it was proposed to depart around 16 on the first day and return at around 11:00 on the 7th day. Paid $20 to Anex for each tourist in order to get a morning flight to rest. Got a flight at 8:00. So that's great. A few days before departure, I am informed that Anex canceled its flights from Egypt on 24. →

After reading bad reviews about Anex Tour, they bought the tour with caution. But at that time, Anex Tour had the lowest price for the hotel we chose. At the time of receipt of the documents, the flights, of course, were postponed ... from 8 am to 5 am, the flight to Egypt, back from 1 pm to 8.45 am (the tour operator always sins with this).
